Ingredients
Crust
1 2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup of oil
2 Tablespoon of whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
Filling
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pint blueberries
4-5 peaches
Preparation
Blend all crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan
Wash and drain blueberries
Peal and Slice peaches
Place peaches and blueberries in bottom of crust
Stir together rest of filling and pour over fruit
Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
