Ingredients
2 lbs sweet potatoes (6 medium)
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons half/half or heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Clean/wash potatoes
Boil potatoes (with skin) until knife inserts easily
Peel skin and slice in quarters
Place in pan side by side
Combine rest of ingredients in small sauce pan and cook until blended
Pour cooked mixture over potatoes
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour
