Ingredients
Dough
3 1/4 cups flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 pkg yeast
1 cup warm water
1 Tablespoon oil
1 egg
Filling
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
3/4 lb corned beef (Thin sliced)
1/4 lb Swiss cheese
8 oz sauerkraut (squeeze water out)
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water
Mix in sugar, salt, oil and flour then knead
Place on a pan and let it rise over a pot of hot water for 20 minutes
Punch down and shape into a 14'"x 10" rectangle
Spread dressing down the middle
Add layers of corned beef, then add cheese and place thee sauerkraut on last
Cut 1" strips on either side of dough center
Crisscross strips
Let loaf rise over a pot of hot water for about 20 minutes
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Glaze with a beaten egg
Sprinkle top with sesame seeds
Bake for 20-25 minutes
