3-4 eggs
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons butter
2 shallots

Wondra quick mixing flour
Adobo seasoning
Directions
Chicken:
Pound chicken to 1/4 thickness
Dredge cutlets in flour
Dip in beaten egg that has been seasoned with Adobo and parsley
Fry in oil and set aside
Sauce:
Sauté shallots in the same pan as chicken was cooked in
Add lemon juice and chicken stock and thicken with Wondra
Layer chicken and sauce in baking pan and Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes
