Ingredients
1.5lbs Ground Beef
.5lbs Sausage or Lamb
1 can of Sweet Corn (approx 12oz)
Chopped Carrots (Same amount as the corn)
12oz Frozen Peas
1 Medium Onion Chopped
3 Cups of water
2 cubes of Beef Bouillon (crumbled)
2 Tablespoons of Browning and Season Sauce
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cornstarch or Wonder Flour (Optional-used to thicken sauce if you prefer)
Mashed Potatoes (Enough for about a 1 inch layer)
Directions
Cook meat and drain most of the fat but leave a little in the pan
Add water, beef cubes, carrots, corn, onions, salt&pepper, Worcestershire Sauce and Browning and Season Sauce
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes (Do not let mixture get dry)
Note: If you want a thicker sauce add the cornstarch or Wonder Flour to thicken
After finish cooking place mixture in rectangle casserole dish
Add peas evenly over the top
Top with Mash Potatoes
Take a fork and score the top
Sprinkle paprika for color
Bake at 375 until top starts to brown
